Our Story
Founded on a site. Growing by referral.
Belhaven Homes began in 2009 with one supervisor, one ute and a single renovation in Willoughby. That client referred their neighbour. The neighbour referred their brother. Sixteen years later, we've never needed to advertise.
We stayed deliberately small. Not the biggest builder in Sydney — we don't want to be. We run a handful of projects at a time so that every site gets our own supervision, and every client gets a builder who answers the phone.
Today we build across the North Shore, Inner West and Northern Beaches — custom homes, duplexes and renovations, always with the same standard: would we be proud to live here ourselves?

Craftsmanship
Details you only notice when they're right.
Anyone can quote a cheaper tile. Fewer builders can tell you why the expensive one will still look right in fifteen years — and mean it.
We obsess over the joins: the batten spacing on the facade, the shadow line where the bench meets the wall, the way the door closes. They're small things. They're everything.
