Week 1Concept Design & Estimate
Preliminary plans and a realistic estimate, refined until the design fits your budget.
Weeks 2–5Approvals — DA / CDC
We prepare and lodge the development application or complying development on your behalf.
Weeks 6–14Drawings & Contract
Detailed working drawings, engineering and a fixed-price HIA contract before any work begins.
Weeks 15–18Construction
Our own supervisors run the site with weekly progress reports and scheduled site visits.
20–40 wksQuality Checks & PCI
Independent inspections at every stage, plus a practical completion inspection with your snag list.
Final 2 wksHandover & Warranty
